BULBURY WOODS PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Promoter: Burry & Knight Ltd, Bulbury Woods Golf Club, Lytchett Matravers, Dorset, BH16 6HR
1. The Competition shall open at 09:00 on Monday 9th May 2016 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 23:59 on Monday 1st June 2016. To enter: You must complete all of the following actions between the Opening Date and the Closing Date to be entered into the prize draw (the ‘Entry’):
a. Like the Bulbury Woods Fan Page on Facebook
b. Post a comment on the post
2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Isle of Man aged 16 or over. Only one entry per person. Bulk, third party and organised group entries will be disqualified. Any employees or past employees of Hoburne Ltd or Burry & Knight Ltd are prohibited from entering.
3. The Prize:
A. one Platinum golf membership
4. The draw will take place on Wednesday 3rd June 2016.
5. The prize-winner will be notified by Facebook messenger via the account used when entering, within 2 days of the draw date. The prize-winner will have 5 days from receipt of the prize notification to claim their prize by responding to the message. If the prize-winner has not claimed their prize within this period, the promoter will be entitled to select an alternative prize-winner.
6. The name of the prize-winner will be announced on the Facebook post and available for a period of two months, from the draw date, by writing to the promoter at the address above.
