Wednesday 22nd September: Ladies Section Coffee Morning.
Coffee on arrival and 18 holes of golf. Tee times 8am - 1pm. Cheques, £11.50, to Bulbury Woods Golf Club Ladies Section marked for the attention of Joy Onslow-Cole, Ladies Captain.
The Ladies Captain's charity this year is Julia's House, Dorset's only Hospice dedicated to children with life-limiting conditions. At present they offer daytime care 6 days a week and the Pyjama Appeal is to raise funds in order to provide 24 hour care in a seriously ill child's last days and invaluable respite for their families.
Whist Drive takes place monthly and now has a good regular following.

Saturday 3rd July
The Captain's Charity Day was a great success and we raised a magnificent £3,200 for our two charities - Friends of Forest Holme and Julia's House. The morning competition was enormous fun with many participants entering into the spirit of the day and wearing various items of night attire. The day was rounded off with a Casino evening where there was much competition at the tables to win one of the fabulous prizes. Thanks to all our sponsors, for both the raffle and the Casino, without whose generosity none of this would have been possible.
Friday 2nd July
For the second time in a week Bulbury played Ashley Wood at home but this time it was a Friendly match and 4BBB. Different teams on either side but the same result - a win for Bulbury by 3½ to ½.
Monday 28th June
Bulbury played their final Beales Bronze match at home against Ashley Wood and the team were in magnificent form. The result was a resounding win 6 ½ to ½ - a great way to finish the round. Well done team!
